Key Responsibilities:- Process card orders, returns, and refunds in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory records and provide weekly stock reports.
- Manage card stock distribution and quality audits.
- Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
- Organize mail and parcel pickups.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as mailing, filing, etc.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Comply with company policies on quality, safety, and security.
- Attend team meetings, workshops, and performance reviews.
- Support audits and follow Human Resources procedures.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $33.50, inclusive of mandatory casual loading, plus superannuation. Requirements:To be successful in this role, applicants should possess:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in data entry and ability to learn new systems quickly.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
