Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process card orders, returns, and refunds in a timely manner.
  • Maintain inventory records and provide weekly stock reports.
  • Manage card stock distribution and quality audits.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Organize mail and parcel pickups.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as mailing, filing, etc.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Additional Duties:
  • Comply with company policies on quality, safety, and security.
  • Attend team meetings, workshops, and performance reviews.
  • Support audits and follow Human Resources procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by management.
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $33.50, inclusive of mandatory casual loading, plus superannuation. Requirements:

To be successful in this role, applicants should possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
