We're on the lookout for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Team Member at Brisbane Airport.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and ensure seamless rental experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with customers through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions
  • Opening and closing rental agreements with precision and attention to detail
  • Selling additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring efficiency and productivity
Key Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Exceptional customer service skills and/or relevant experience
  • A driven and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for exceeding targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • A current, unrestricted driver's license and full working rights in Australia
Compensation and Benefits
