Capability Specialist

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a highly skilled Capability Specialist to join our NSW Workers Compensation function. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our people and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and attend regular face-to-face visits with Return to Work Specialists, injured workers, employers, treating health practitioners, and allied health professionals to empower and influence parties to participate in the return to work process and achieve early return to work outcomes.
- Provide constructive and tailored feedback to Return to Work Specialists and their Team Managers in a continuous improvement framework.
- Undertake independent desktop audits of documentation utilized to assist stakeholders in their return to work journey.
- Undertake provider education to assist in influencing and negotiating better outcomes, as well as understanding of the RTW Scheme and early intervention processes.
- Support and educate employers and workers in completing any workers compensation documentation as required.
