Job Title: Talent and Capability Advisor

Job Type: Contract

Location: Sydney CBD

Duration: Contract role till the end of April 2025 with possible extension

Pay Rate: Daily pay rate up to $732/day + Super

Hours: 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent and Capability Advisor to play an instrumental role in delivering the implementation of the Regulatory Learning and Development Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging content to explain and demonstrate the application of the skills in the framework and career pathways that result.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-function project team, including external supplier to deliver SharePoint site and assessment tool for the Regulatory L&D Framework.
  • Consult and collaborate with multiple workstream leads to ensure development of content, resources and training that reflects and supports work coming online.
  • Identify training needs linked to the framework.
  • Support development and implementation of organisation wide communications plan and training to drive engagement and use of the framework.
Requirements

Essential Criteria:

  • Communications (write, edit, produce contemporary digital content).
  • Ability to present complex information simply in plain English.
  • SharePoint design, content management, digital tool development and publishing skills.
  • Project management and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
