Remote Community Childcare Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our early childhood program in Warruwi township on South Goulburn Island.
This key role involves designing and implementing a culturally responsive early childhood education program, collaborating with and supporting staff, building partnerships with local communities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced team leader who can motivate, develop, and mentor staff, have a deep appreciation for Indigenous culture, and possess excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will also hold relevant childcare qualifications, preferably a Diploma or Certificate III, and be committed to remote community development.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
- Current NT Driver's Licence
- First Aid & Food Safety Certificates
- Childcare qualifications
- Passion for remote community development
