Childcare Business Development Manager

Established as a leader in Outside School Hours Care, we are seeking an experienced Educator or Manager to oversee our OSHC teams and drive business success.
As Programs Engagement Manager, you will lead, manage, and train a cluster of OSHC teams, building and maintaining excellent relationships with educators, principals, school staff, parents, regulatory authorities, and suppliers. You will be responsible for overseeing service management, including staffing, program design, business management, and motivating and inspiring teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven past experience in people management in childcare.
- Demonstrated area management or remote team management experience.
- Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally.
- Proven past success in management with measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A current SA Working with Children's Check, First Aid HLTAID012, and Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain.
- A current driver's license and own car (travel allowance provided).
- A completed Diploma or above in Child Care, Education, Community Services, or equivalent.
