Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, particularly those from China.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and maximize profitability through strategic initiatives.
- Develop sales, marketing, and revenue strategies focused on the luxury and Chinese markets.
- Mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate will be a Chinese national with a deep understanding of Chinese culture and client expectations.
- Australian PR or citizenship is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in luxury hotels, including 5+ years in senior leadership positions within a 5-star hotel in Australia.
