Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to deliver our annual conference, manage daily relationships with partners, and coordinate event logistics.

  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage daily relationships and deliverables for sponsorships and government partnerships across our programs and events.
  • Coordinate event logistics and ensure seamless execution of partner activations.
  • Assist in retaining existing partners and identifying new partnership opportunities by building strong relationships.
  • Develop compelling proposals and partnership strategies tailored to the organization's goals.
  • Manage government funding applications, ensuring key dates, deliverables, and reporting requirements are met.
About You:
  • You have 2-3 years experience in sponsorship, events, and/or marketing roles.
  • You possess excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and planning capabilities.
  • You take initiative, assume accountability, and can work autonomously and collaboratively.
  • You are a creative thinker with the ability to bring energy and innovation to your work.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, representing the organization in interactions with external clients and stakeholders.

This is a mid-senior level role requiring full-time commitment. The organization operates in a hybrid model with 4 days in office and 1 day flexible. Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents to apply.
