Financial Manager

The position of Financial Manager is critical to the success of our organization. As a key member of the Finance and Governance Team, you will provide essential support to the Executive Manager, ensuring that our finances are effectively managed and statutory requirements are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our store, managing revenue function, preparing annual financial statements, reviewing financial aspects of our Operation Plan and Delivery Program, and preparing quarterly budget reviews.

This position will supervise several staff members, including the Finance Officer, Storekeepers, Payroll Officer, Revenue Coordinator, and Finance/Revenue Officer. The successful candidate must hold a Class C Driver Licence.

To be successful in this role, you will require a University Degree majoring in Accounting or more than five years' experience in a senior accounting position. Experience in the preparation of Annual Financial Statements, Long term financial plans, and budgeting together with well developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will be highly regarded.
