Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Executive Manager in ensuring effective financial management and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Oversee the operation of our store, including inventory control and customer service excellence.
- Prepare annual financial statements and review key financial aspects of our Operation Plan and Delivery Program.
- Supervise a team of finance professionals, including a Finance Officer, Storekeepers, Payroll Officer, Revenue Coordinator, and Finance/Revenue Officer.
- A University Degree majoring in Accounting or more than five years' experience in a senior accounting position.
- Experience in preparing Annual Financial Statements, Long-term financial plans, and budgeting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A Class C Driver Licence.
- A competitive salary meeting market expectations will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
- The Grade applicable to the position is Grade 14-15 within our Salary Structure.
- A 9 Day fortnight roster allowing for work-life balance.
- 3 weeks sick leave.
- Financial Assistance with relocation expenses and rental subsidy.
- Private use of a company vehicle in accordance with our Vehicle Leaseback Policy.
- Employer Superannuation of 12%.
