">We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to ensure the effective management of our finances.
">The Finance Manager will oversee the operation of our store, manage our revenue function, prepare annual financial statements, review the financial aspects of our operation plan and delivery program, and prepare quarterly budget reviews.
">This position will also supervise the finance officer, storekeepers, payroll officer, revenue coordinator, and finance/revenue officer.
">As the principal point of contact for all departments on internal budgets and income streams, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
">To succeed in this role, you will ideally have a university degree majoring in accounting or more than five years' experience in a senior accounting position.
">Desirable skills include experience in the preparation of annual financial statements, long-term financial plans, and budgeting, as well as strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
">Additionally, you must hold a Class C driver's license.
