Experienced Support Professionals are required to join our team at Westhaven. We seek passionate individuals who can provide personalized support and empower people with disability to live their life to the fullest.
- Assist adults with personal care and daily living skills.
- Plan and attend appointments and activities to promote social interaction and skill development.
- Complete daily case notes, administrative tasks, and incident reports.
As a Support Professional, you will work across a 24/7 roster, supporting clients in their homes, communities, or workplaces. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing high-quality services.
About Our TeamWe are a leading provider of disability support services and accommodation across regional NSW. We are dedicated to delivering client-centric programs and activities that provide whole of life support for people with disability.
Requirements- A current NSW Driver's Licence and a willingness to drive.
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC).
- Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services, or Individual Support are highly regarded.
