Clinical Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality clinical care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will conduct intake and assessments, including risk assessments, care treatment planning, care coordination with internal & external services, and provide brief psychological intervention.
The role requires delivering evidence-based clinical care to achieve better health outcomes for adults aged 18 years and over who experience mental health concerns and their families and carers.

Key Requirements- Registration as an Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse
- General or Provisional registration as a Psychologist
- AASW registration/eligibility as a Social Worker (suitable for graduate Social Workers)

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people, advocate on their behalf and establish effective relationships.
