Job Title: Transformation Engagement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transformation Engagement Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in leading the engagement and communications work stream for a Global ERP Project.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, change management, and strategic communications. They will be responsible for building out the communications plan, scheduling and coordinating engagement events, and supporting leaders and executives to develop messaging and draft communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Global Change Manager with project coordination.
  • Responsible for building out the communications plan and artefacts, scheduling and coordinating engagement events e.g. Town Halls, Business Reference Groups, Project Stakeholder consultation.
  • Support leaders and executives to develop messaging and draft communications.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation at all levels, including 3rd party consultants and vendors.
  • Responsible for developing project comms tailored to different stakeholder audiences inception, through drafting, communication strategies to address opportunities, gaps, risks and issues.
  • Develop training content and materials.
  • Contribute to strategic communications planning including identifying opportunities and gaps.
