About the Role

This role involves delivering critical services that support project and program success. Responsibilities include financial analysis, procurement management, scheduling, risk and dependency management, and logistical support for meetings and workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse budgets, forecasts, and actual spend to inform decision-making.
  • Manage purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement processes.
  • Develop and maintain integrated schedules across multiple workstreams.
  • Monitor milestones, dependencies, and progress to produce actionable reports.
  • Support risk and issue analysis, including mitigation planning and tracking.
  • Assist with change impact assessments and reporting for governance forums.
  • Provide logistical support for meetings, workshops, and project boards.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and project records.
Requirements
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience in PMO or program/portfolio office environments.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of delivery and risk management frameworks.
  • High attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Analytical skills to interpret complex data and propose solutions.
  • Customer-focused mindset and stakeholder engagement skills.
