About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Transformation Specialist to join our Digital Applications Readiness team in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.

Your Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to drive transformation initiatives within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of strategic change management plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with organisational change
  • Maintain comprehensive records of transformation progress, adoption metrics, and effectiveness

You will be responsible for driving cultural alignment, employee engagement, and continuous improvement in transformation practices. Success in this role will be measured by the effective implementation of transformation initiatives, stakeholder and employee adoption, and organisational success.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience in planning, managing, and organizing resources within short to medium timeframes, aligned with organisational policies
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain Security clearances, including SOCI Requirements
