Job Title: Transformation Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the delivery of transformation initiatives within our Portfolio and Financial Management Improvement (PFMI) Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans for change management.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain project artefacts like impact assessments and stakeholder maps.
  • Support communication and prepare materials for stakeholders.
  • Monitor feedback and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist with training logistics and feedback collection.
  • Support project impact assessments and monitor business readiness indicators.
  • Track benefits, resistance themes, and user feedback.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, be highly organized with attention to detail, and have experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
