Job Title: Process Transformation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Transformation Specialist to drive organisational change, improve business processes and support the adoption of modern technology. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering finance transformation goals and ensuring seamless ERP implementation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify areas requiring process improvements.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and training activities to ensure smooth transition.
  • Schedule and track training programs to ensure employee readiness.
  • Assist with business readiness assessments and provide regular progress updates.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback and identify improvement areas.
  • Prepare informative reports and maintain communication materials for leadership.
Key Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in change management, finance transformation or business process change within large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's Change Model.
  • Experience with financial systems implementations preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with finance processes including Period End Close Reporting, Treasury, Accounts Receivable and Asset Accounting.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.
Desirable Skills
  • Background in finance policy, budgeting or treasury activities.
  • Government or large enterprise experience.
  • Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
