Job Title: Organisational Transformation SpecialistAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Transformation Specialist to join our Transformation Delivery team. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful organisational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies across our operational change and project portfolio.
  • Enable successful transitions for individuals, teams and the organisation from current to future states.
  • Minimise resistance and increase adoption through effective change management practices.
  • Mentor and guide stakeholders to build organisational change capability and maturity.
Your Expertise

We are looking for someone with deep experience managing change on large, complex initiatives. Ideally, you have gained this experience in regulated sectors like insurance, banking or financial services where navigating compliance and legislation is critical.

You will have experience working across multiple operational and/or strategic programs, working closely with senior leaders, managing competing priorities and dependencies across both small and large-scale change projects.

You possess a strong understanding of contemporary change practices, methodologies, tools and behavioural science concepts. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels with the ability to work through a high degree of ambiguity and change.
