Workforce Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly proactive and emotionally intelligent Workforce Transformation Specialist to support our large-scale workforce transformation program.
Main Responsibilities:- To engage with diverse stakeholders, delivering impactful change and supporting workforce transition activities.
- To collaborate with virtual and cross-functional teams in fast-paced delivery-focused environments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. They should also possess highly organised skills with a strong delivery focus and attention to detail, as well as strong emotional intelligence and the ability to work sensitively with diverse stakeholder groups.
A background in HR policy, employee relations, or talent development is desirable, along with experience working in government, utilities, or large-scale HR transformation programs. Familiarity with federated HR models and large decentralised workforce structures is also an advantage. Additionally, exposure to SAP Activate methodology and HR data management best practices is beneficial.
