Program Scheduler

As a skilled and accomplished professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives for our organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing detailed integrated program schedules and dependencies.

You will work closely with project managers, technical leads, subcontractors, and senior executives to ensure accuracy, visibility, and consistency across complex program portfolios. You will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting on program schedule progress, risks, and variances.

  • Develop and manage detailed, integrated program schedules and dependencies.
  • Establish activity sequences, durations, dependencies, and critical paths with delivery teams.
  • Monitor, track, and report on program schedule progress, risks, and variances.
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Perform schedule health checks and quality audits across portfolios.

Key interfaces will include internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and external partners. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain schedule updates and dashboards for executive reporting. This role requires strong grounding in P3M, MSP, AGILE, PRINCE2, or equivalent frameworks. Professional certifications (e.g., P3M, MSP, PRINCIPAL Project Manager, or equivalent) are also desired. Experience delivering within Agile or hybrid project environments is a plus.
