Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategic and departmental projects through planning, executing, and monitoring activities
  • Prepare regular status reports and presentations to facilitate review and decision-making
  • Coordinate with division heads to gather input, monitor timelines, and ensure project deliverables are met
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines and action plans
  • Schedule and facilitate project-related meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and follow-ups are documented
  • Assist in resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and internal reporting for project-related activities
  • Identify delays, escalate issues to management, and implement corrective actions
