Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to play a pivotal role in delivering strategic initiatives. This position will develop, manage, and optimize integrated program schedules that enable transparent reporting, support informed decision-making, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed, integrated program schedules and dependencies.
  • Establish activity sequences, durations, dependencies, and critical paths with delivery teams.
  • Monitor, track, and report on program schedule progress, risks, and variances.
  • Conduct schedule risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Perform schedule health checks and quality audits across portfolios.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years' experience in program/project scheduling or planning in large, complex environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, MS Project, Primavera P6 (or equivalents).
  • Strong grounding in P3M, MSP, AGILE, PRINCE2, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced delivery environments.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., P3M, MSP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
