Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Program and Project Advisory specialist. This role involves providing expertise and passion for portfolio, program and project management assurance and advice.

In this pivotal position, you will collaborate with a high-performing team to deliver meaningful insights and pragmatic actions to drive real improvements in complex government digital transformation and policy implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the scoping, fieldwork and reporting of program and project assurance reviews, assessing overall delivery health and its delivery effectiveness, risk management, compliance, and maturity.
  • Work collaboratively with our program and project client teams to deliver real-time and meaningful insights with pragmatic recommendations that drive continuous delivery improvements and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Generate insights that matter using data analysis and clear reporting, tailored to the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Contribute to project planning activities, including the development of scope documents, workplans, coordination of project setup, and preparation of key project assurance artefacts.
  • Understand and apply our assurance and evaluation methodologies, tools, and templates to ensure rigorous, consistent and value-driven approach across all engagements.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the team.
About You

You must have experience in project management, risk management, business or IT, as well as certification in project management methodologies. You should be detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively with others.
