As a talented Project Co-Ordinator - Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling activities and resource allocations across large-scale warehouse and Distribution Centre projects.

You will liaise with internal teams and external parties to ensure the project is completed on time. Your schedule reporting skills will help manage resourcing and staff planning, including coordination of sub-contractors.

Your strong communication and leadership skills will enable you to build trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders at each stage of the project life cycle.

We value degree-qualified candidates in Engineering or scientific disciplines with experience working as a Project Co-Ordinator/Scheduler for large-scale projects.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Scheduling all activities and resource allocations associated with the assigned project/s from the receipt of a customer order to the completion of the project

- Liaising with relevant internal teams and external parties to ensure the project is completed on time

- Managing the schedule reporting, assisting with the managing resourcing and staff planning, including coordination of sub-contractors

- Communicating with all relevant stakeholders at each stage of the project life cycle

- Degree qualified in Engineering or a scientific discipline

- Experience working as a Project Co-Ordinator/Scheduler for large-scale projects

- Strong communication and leadership skills, including the ability to liaise with all levels of staff and external stakeholders

- Ability to build trusting and credible relationships with customers

- Willingness and availability to travel across Australia and internationally to see projects through to completion
