We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Scheduler in the Sustaining Capital Mining Delivery department.

This critical role involves enhancing project schedules using Primavera P6 and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules using Primavera P6
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines
  • Perform critical path analysis and scenario planning
  • Track progress, identify delays, and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Prepare reports to support project end users, project management, and executive-level decision-making
  • Facilitate workshops for schedule development, update, and recovery
  • Integrate with project teams, including project/construction management, contracts/commercial, project controls, stakeholders, and approvals

Requirements:

  • 7-15 years of experience in scheduling
  • Expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Preferably experience with Power BI and reporting
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field
