Project Scheduler Coordinator

The Planning and Scheduling Specialist will be responsible for developing, coordinating, integrating, analyzing, and maintaining an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining schedules, reports, and metrics;
- Performing studies, analysis, and risk assessments;
- Communicating and updating plans regularly throughout the lifecycle of programs or projects;
- Improving project management processes and business systems;
- Directing all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion;
- Acting as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives;
- Assisting customers to develop performance recovery plans and ensuring all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Project Management, 6+ years of experience, and/or 10+ years of related work experience in scheduling or program planning. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to develop collaborative relationships in a team-based environment.
