The Role
We are seeking a
Project Scheduler
for 20-25 hours per week to work closely with our
Project Management Lead
and
Commercial Manager
to ensure that every project has an accurate, up-to-date schedule and a clear view of its budget performance. You will be responsible for supporting the administration of project programs, managing schedule changes, and assisting in financial reporting to keep projects on track.
This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working across multiple teams, and understands the importance of coordination between technical delivery and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in the administration and upkeep of project programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for all live projects
Work closely with the Project Management Lead to manage schedule changes and resourcing impacts
Liaise with engineering and delivery teams to ensure program milestones are realistic and achievable
Assist the Commercial Manager in preparing financial performance reports for each project
Ensure that budget changes, variations, and adjustments are accurately reflected in project schedules
Support the development of reporting templates and program dashboards for internal and client use
You'll Bring
2+ years' experience in a scheduling, project coordination, or project administration role (engineering, infrastructure, or construction preferred)
Proficiency in project scheduling software (MS Project experience essential; Wrike experience desirable)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines simultaneously
Good communication skills for coordinating across technical and commercial teams
An understanding of project financial tracking and reporting (desirable)
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
