Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from generating new business opportunities to closing deals with diverse clients.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to uncover and address customer challenges.
- Bulk and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and clients, tapping into existing networks and new leads.
- Engage in outbound activities such as calls, emails, and presentations to secure new business.
- Foster solid relationships with clients, ensuring targets are exceeded through exceptional service and solution delivery.
- Deliver impactful face-to-face presentations to potential clients.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2-3+ years of new business development or sales experience.
- We welcome people from all types of industries and backgrounds.
- Confidence and resilience in cold calling and prospecting are essential.
- A consultative selling approach with proven relationship-building skills is required.
- Experience engaging with various stakeholders across industries is advantageous.
- A strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets is necessary.
- Presentation skills, particularly with SME clients, are a plus.
- A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service is vital.
- Respectful and professional behavior is expected.
We urgently seek candidates who can work in and live in the Canberra region.
The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000 - $200,000, depending on experience.
