We are seeking a talented individual to serve as a liaison between our organization and referral partners. As the ideal candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently, and demonstrate empathy towards our clients and their families.

The successful Relationship Manager will:

  • Onboard new referral partners, ensuring seamless integration and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage client relationships, facilitating smooth sign-up processes and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with referral partners to review care plans, provide guidance on budgets, and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including referral partners, clients, allied health services, and family members.
  • Monitor account spending discrepancies and verify invoices before processing payments.
