Social media and local marketing activation are essential in creating awareness and connection with the local community. You will create and post engaging content, drive engagement through various social media platforms, and have a positive impact on the local community and organisation.

This role involves working closely with the branch team to align activities with the branch business plan and building a pipeline of new prospects and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and customer experience ethos, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and experience in marketing and managing social media pages.

Occasional weekend and after-hours commitments may be required, as well as participation in local community initiatives.
