Job Opportunity

As a Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining connections with our valued customers, colleagues, and team members.

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work full-time, part-time (Monday to Friday), or in a hybrid arrangement. The working hours are between 8am and 6pm, ensuring a good balance between work and personal life.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing internal sales strategies to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Responding to and processing telephone and website enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Administering travel bookings and preparing reports for senior management

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A proactive and enthusiastic personality
  • Collaborative and team-focused approach
  • Proficient computer and administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (training provided)
