Job Title: Proactive Services Team Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic team leader to lead our services teams across multiple locations. As a team leader, you will be responsible for developing your leadership skills by taking on all people-related tasks for your team and collaborating with various stakeholders to provide outstanding service.

This is a full-time salaried role that requires flexibility to work across different time frames. The successful candidate will have the ability to comfortably handle physically demanding tasks and possess excellent organizational skills.

The team leader will be responsible for leading and developing a team, ensuring that all cleaning and equipment collection tasks are completed to a high standard. This includes coaching and training team members, creating schedules, and working with leadership teams to identify challenges and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have an ambitious mindset, a love of customer-facing roles, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. They will also have flexibility to work in different environments, a good eye for quality, and physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team to ensure cleaning and equipment collection tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Coach and train team members to develop their skills
  • Create schedules to ensure daily tasks and operations are covered
  • Work with leadership teams to identify challenges and opportunities
  • Develop succession plans through coaching to increase team productivity and improve overall satisfaction
  • Complete attendance activities for team members
  • Maintain supplies and manage budget
