Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our management team as a Dynamic Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers each and every day.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the team while being hands-on in operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of managing high-volume, multi-faceted venues with late-night entertainment, strong food, beverage, and gaming operations. They will strive in an environment where they will report directly to the Licensee while collaborating closely with the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a large dynamic team to foster a culture that drives high performance and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and NSW legislative requirements.
  • Drive and deliver exceptional customer experiences daily.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in venues with strong Food & Beverage, TAB, and Gaming operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large dynamic teams.
  • A strong focus on compliance.
