As our new Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing stock, rosters, staff performance, and outlet readiness to ensure smooth operations.
  • Leading, training, and inspiring bar and service staff to deliver exceptional hospitality across all events.
  • Working closely with the Front of House Manager to ensure a seamless experience for guests and hirers.
  • Partnering with chefs and other departments to execute conferences, banquets, and special events.
  • Creating event-appropriate menus, drinks lists, and proposals that wow audiences.
  • Liaising with the marketing team to roll out menu updates, digital signage, and promotions.
  • Undertaking post-event analyses, evaluating operations, and suggesting innovations to ensure best practice event delivery.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management or equivalent vocational experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience managing bar/concession operations.
  • Previous experience in multi-purpose or large-scale venue beverage operations (desirable).
  • Knowledge of hospitality, including business planning, event delivery, and customer care.
  • Budgetary and financial experience preferred, including budget writing, P&L control, invoice processing, analysis, and reporting.
  • A deep understanding of beverage trends and a proven track record of successful implementation of hospitality strategy.
  • Strong post-event analysis capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and strong communication skills.
