Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist and Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of human resources strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and conducting interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome packets and coordinating training sessions.
  • Update employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
