About the Role
As a Casual HR Administrator, you'll assist with a range of HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding and induction, maintaining employee records, supporting payroll administration, and helping manage our casual workforce. You'll also contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support compliance with employment law requirements.
This role may suit someone currently studying HR who is looking to gain practical experience, especially if you have strong administrative, organisational, and tech skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment administration including posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll-related tasks and casual workforce coordination
- Help coordinate training, development, and employee engagement activities
