Job Role: People Services Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to support the delivery of business initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture, performance, and diversity.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process employee letters, internal transfer requests, contracts, and changes to organizational structure
- Support employee management, including performance review assistance, allowance calculations, service recognition, and termination
- Create reports for HR partners on a weekly and monthly basis
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and centers of expertise (COEs) to deliver key people projects
- Assist and navigate multiple HR/payroll systems
- Elevate employee queries, concerns, and grievances expediently and with high accuracy
- Act as an effective change agent who advocates for and supports change initiatives within HR and across the organization
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume HR administration role
- Previous experience working in retail or a similar industry
- Highly developed communication and intermediate Excel skills
- A proven ability to manage, maintain, and strengthen stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative, fast-paced environment
