The Role:

  • Undertake end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Assist with performance management processes
  • Contribute to document and procedural review and development
  • Support employees to understand and access employee benefits
  • Identify and implement improvements around the HRIS

About You:

  • Completed some level of formal training in human resources or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a human resources role, including recruitment
  • Thriving in a team environment
  • Relishing variety and working flexibly with the team to reach bigger picture goals
  • Competent working in multiple HR platforms
  • Positive outlook and enjoying interacting with, listening to, and assisting people
