We are seeking a seasoned expert to support our Human Resources department during a peak period. This role requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience in human resources management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide authoritative guidance on human resources matters, serving as the primary point of contact for leaders and employees.
- Lead strategic negotiations related to employee and industrial relations, manage recruitment processes, and conduct thorough workplace investigations.
- Collaborate with various hospital committees, provide coaching and mentorship, and assist with resolving complex employee grievances.
- A tertiary qualification in human resource management or a related field is highly desirable.
- Exceptional report writing and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to interpret workforce data, are essential.
- A proven capacity to identify and implement effective HR solutions to drive organisational performance improvement is crucial.
