We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our organisation in a key leadership role.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an individual with extensive generalist HR skills to lead a team of HR professionals and contribute to organisational success.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Plan, organise, direct and coordinate Human Resource and Workplace Relations activities within your team and portfolio.
- Industrial Relations / Employee Relations: Display exceptional industrial relations skills in a high-level role with a focus on people management and HR consultancy.
- Team Leadership: Showcase superior people management skills by leading a team of HR professionals to achieve organisational goals.
- Change Management: Participate in and oversee change management processes and projects that have workforce and/or human resource implications.
- Reporting and Advice: Maintain regular reporting and advice to senior leaders on industrial relations matters.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or other relevant field and/or extensive professional experience in human resources management.
You should be an experienced HR Practitioner with a solid background in generalist HR and a proven track record of forming effective business partnerships.
You must be able to exercise sound conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills relating to complex concerns.
Able to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Possess excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
