Job Title: Career Advisor - Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Career Advisor - Human Resources Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team and contribute their expertise in human resources management.

This position requires a deep understanding of employment legislation, industrial awards, and agreements. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to assess complex queries with ease.

The successful applicant will also possess strong communication skills, allowing them to engage effectively with management and provide guidance on performance management matters.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Career Advisor - Human Resources Generalist will be expected to assist with best practice processes and provide expert advice on enterprise bargaining negotiations.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in human resources generalist advice
  • Experience in enterprise bargaining negotiations
  • Excellent engagement and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills

You must be an Australian citizen and willing to undergo a Defence Security clearance.
