Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our busy Customer Service Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with external and internal customer relationships to ensure a positive and successful experience.
- Prepare sales invoices and purchase orders using MYOB.
- Set up and maintain customer files.
- Absorb a high volume of information and provide accurate feedback to customers.
- Purchase goods, including office stationery supplies, staff amenities, and inventory items.
- Liaise with freight companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Perform other general office administrative functions as required.
- Assist with the implementation and continuous improvement of our company's quality and safety system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy Sales, Customer Service, or Administration role.
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience, preferably with MYOB.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
- Continuous Improvement mindset.
- A commitment to high ethical standards.
- Enthusiastic approach to work and willingness to learn.
- A good understanding of OH&S.
