About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Corinthian Doors. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule deliveries and assist with showroom enquiries as required
  • Cover reception duties during breaks and provide support to the sales team
  • Troubleshoot solutions to improve the customer experience and resolve issues efficiently

About You

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will have a strong ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team. Ideally, you will have customer service and/or administration experience, with a keenness to learn and grow with our organization.
