Customer Success Strategies

We're looking for a driven individual to help our clients get the most out of our platform.

The Role:
  • As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you'll collaborate with our Sales and Customer Success teams to provide exclusive consultancy and ensure technical solutions meet client needs.
  • You'll focus on understanding clients' technical solutions to ensure long-term customer success. Your skills in solutions analysis and documenting stakeholder requirements will exceed client expectations.
  • As a liaison to internal, client, and partner development teams, your role will shape endless possibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams across the entire sales lifecycle
  • Translating clients' email marketing requirements into technical solutions using pre-sales and business analysis skills
  • Building proof-of-concepts in our platform to demonstrate solutions
  • Communicating confidently with individuals at all levels of seniority and roles
  • Leading solution responses to RFP/RFI/RFQs
  • Delivering presentations and online demonstrations to promote our platform
  • Analysing and writing client requirements for our Custom Technical Solutions team
  • Cross-departmental organisation and project management for pre-sales completion of RFIs and RFPs
  • Providing new client technical briefings and feedback to our Product team

About You:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a solution-selling environment (Sales Engineer/Solutions Consultant/Solutions Architect)
  • Self-motivated, innovative problem-solver with strong communication skills
  • 4-5 years of data analysis experience (ETL, DB) and Business Analysis
  • Able to create process diagrams, including flows and Use Case Diagrams (UML)
  • Experience with web development languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and REST APIs beneficial but not necessary
  • Digital marketing industry experience beneficial but not necessary
  • Knowledge of eCommerce & CRM Solutions (Magento/Salesforce/Shopify/Dynamics) a must
  • Knowledge of Office 365 Suite & Postman
  • Leading a team or management experience advantageous
