Job Title: Solutions Strategist

Our team serves as the primary technical resource and internal advocate for Customers. We identify their challenges and business requirements, leveraging our product expertise to propose solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We partner closely with Sales Executives and support the entire Customer journey, including pipeline creation, achieving technical wins, onboarding, driving consumption, and ensuring successful renewals.
  • We serve as Trusted Advisors to aligned accounts, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • We exhibit strong Communication Skills, influencing decisions through effective presentations, demos, technical engagements, and workshops.
  • We understand the Customer's Journey, guiding them through a value realization journey aligned to their strategic priorities.
  • We demonstrate the Business Value of our solutions in solving the customer's business problems and driving their target outcomes.
  • We contribute to Customer Success by participating in activities such as customer QBRs, cadence calls, customer office hours, and advanced roadmap sessions.
  • We drive Expansion and Adoption by seeking to drive expansion within current product lines and promoting the adoption of multi-product integrated solutions.
  • We partner with Cross-Functional Teams to ensure success throughout the customer journey.
  • We maintain Technology Expertise, establishing and maintaining a deep understanding of our portfolio, the partner ecosystem, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • We require 2-3 years of experience in a Technical Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering or Professional Services role in a large & dynamic enterprise environment.
  • We need Technical Expertise in understanding concepts and technologies in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
  • We require Customer Engagement experience with implementing software products or solutions in large and dynamic enterprise companies.
  • We need excellent verbal and written Communication Skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • We require demonstrated Problem-Solving Skills to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • We need Collaboration experience working well in a highly dynamic team environment that focuses on providing above industry standard customer service.
