Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front Office team to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Supervise reservations, guest arrivals, and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Utilize our Front Office system to optimize efficiency and accuracy, producing timely and informative reports.
  • Liaise with Maintenance to ensure prompt completion of guest requests and maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee night audit functions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Prepare and analyze Front Office reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to maintain high room cleanliness standards and public area presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and Compliance procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a hotel environment.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience in training and motivating staff.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with a focus on conflict resolution and complaint handling.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
