Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced community development professional to lead the development and implementation of community engagement strategies across our projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our development team, stakeholders, and community groups to deliver outcomes that benefit residents and the wider community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in community development, stakeholder management, and community liaison
  • Demonstrated ability to manage community events from concept to delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse community groups
  • Knowledge of local government processes and community services
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing community engagement strategies to achieve project objectives
  • Coordinating community events, activities, and programs to improve outcomes for residents and the wider community
  • Facilitating opportunities for community members to participate in decision-making processes
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, community groups, and local government
What We Offer

  • $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience
