Job Title: Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to provide Level 1 and 2 support for our core enterprise administration platform used across Asia Pacific operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support to business users of the Graile application
  • Triage and resolve application-related issues, escalating where necessary
  • Maintain and update operational documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Assist with system testing, release deployments, and user acceptance testing
  • Manage application user access and reporting
  • Support regulatory reporting requirements

About this role:

The successful candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and experience in issue triaging, root cause analysis, and user support.
