Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Application Support Specialist.

This position involves supporting, implementing and troubleshooting software for various environments used within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring application performance, uptime and health is crucial in this role.
  • Providing support to resolve incidents, requests and queries related to systems is key.
  • Routine maintenance, upgrades and patches are essential duties.
  • Incident Management, resolving application related issues reported by users requires strong skills.
  • Collaboration with internal business units and external stakeholders is necessary for issue resolution.
  • Developing and executing scripts using SQL is also a requirement.
  • On-call support is a critical aspect of this job.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in application support is mandatory.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, databases and systems are essential.
  • Good analytical skills are required for success in this role.
